I'm sorry to say I wasn't even surprised when Subzero rebooted itself this
evening without warning or notification from management.  I tried 
calling the office to let someone know the machine was down, but of 
course their voice mail system is down today as well and no one seems to be 
answering the phone.  

Service failures have become so commonplace around here that "failure" is 
becoming the norm.

This is a very sad state of affairs.
