The takeover of Winternet by Kevin Mathison and Michael Frankowski on
July 5 and my termination are in the opinion of my attorneys
inappropriate and improper. We are in discussion with counsel to
Missrs. Mathison and Frankowski and believe they will agree that it is
in the best interest of the company that I remain in my role as
president without further interference. I will continue in my
responsibilities as a shareholder and director, and will, of course,
remain available to winternet to ensure continued service to our
customers.
